Directly after my receiving my Business Administration degree in 2012, I started my own business as a freelance change management & improvement advisor and project manager. I used the first years to design my own traineeship and figure out what I was really good at and develop my skills. Looking back, this was far from easy process but very typical on what I like to do most; building something from the ground up with enormous drive, creativity and structure. I love challenging myself and learning, so entrepreneurship is a great outlet for me.
